Why do I want to serve as District Leader:
I would be honored to serve as a Division Director because it would allow me to give back to the Toastmasters community that has helped me grow both personally and professionally. I believe that the Division Director role provides a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the clubs and members within the division, by providing guidance, support, and resources that can help them achieve their goals and develop their skills.

Why do I want to serve as District Leader:
Service as a Division Director is a unique opportunity for me to grow, to serve, and to apply skills and experience I have gained during my professional life — team collaboration, problem solving, project management and working in international environment. Everyday issues and challenges of Division D are very much close to me – I have been into the District 108 affairs for two years now and certainly I can provide value and give back to my Toastmasters community.
